We checked their rooms as we were visiting only for views, and tried their food. The food was decent, and staff is good and welcoming. We enjoyed our short time here and would be looking forward to come again during snowy winter season. This place has a nostalgic 90s feel to it and actually feels like a hill station hotel. The feel which is now being reduced by the modern only approach to tourism in the hills. Modern is good but old can be classy, if maintained well and presented well.

One of the best resort you could find in a picturesque location specially when its snow season. Very courteous and helpful staff. Food is top notch be it breakfast, dinner or snacks. Spacious rooms. We were 3 families and booked a Villa (Villa-01). Good room space, op n area and the best thing - the view from balcony is breathtaking. I am definitely going to visit again

The location of this place is good. The views are great. Food is also good. But a big but.... The rooms and washrooms are a big let down. This might have been great when it was new but maintenance has been zero and now the rooms and washrooms make you cringe. Barely working toilets, leaking washrooms, pathetic washrooms. Mattress was like a punishment. Door to balcony did not close fully, you need to rely on curtains to block out the cold. They might have rearranged the furniture to put an extra bed for previous customer and they did not move back the furniture to its original setting when we occupied the room. It was so crampy that we had to rearrange the furniture ourselves to make it look ok.

Amazing location! Peaceful and tranquil It’s the only property around, breathtaking views Property is decent, rooms are nice but not perfect , could have been better maintained Food and service again were great Recommended if you wish to be away from typical hill station crowd , at the same time enjoy awesome weather and views

Really great service. The hospitality is top notch. Special mention must be made of the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff. Room maintenance in terms of fittings could be better but rooms and washrooms are clean. Marble flooring in the rooms is a bit strange and makes the floor super cold. The views are spectacular.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
