Initially planned to stay there for one day in a 3 day vacation plan but ended up staying for 3 complete days. Booked a Luxury deluxe room and it was all worth the price. The reception staff was really polite and helpful! Room were clean, the service was amazing, they were really responsive for all the demands. The breakfast was complementary and was worth! Definitely a place if you wanna stay around Hinjewadi in a budget friendly good place.

I stayed here for a day and this place made me miss my home so bad. The rooms were small enough for a family of 5 and the bed was only big enough for 3 adults to sleep on it. The room service was very slow in providing an extra mattress. The worst part was that they had a card lock and key system and those cards didn't even work for most of the rooms and here too, the staff was slow in providing alternate keys and we had to wait outside our room with our luggage for a long time. Another would be how the lights kept going off randomly. This was especially very problematic at night and we couldn't even sleep well that day. The water flow to the shower was also very less. The only part I liked about the room here was the soft blanket and how clean they were.

Tv was not working I asked room service first they told they will give another room after that they forgot to change. washroom was not at all clean the jetspray was leaking water the towel holder was broken the lock of washroom was not working even for the plates they were charging money while at the time of checkin the receptionist made me wait for like 20 mints even after reaching there by 12:20 pm he was taking extra time to fill all the details. Breakfast variety was very less.For me it was a terrible experience as compared to price.

Overall stay was good. Staff was very co-operative. Rahu was very polite l and his team ws good. Only cleanliness of toilets should be taken care . Breakfast items should be more . Location is good. Staff is very friendly and attentive

We booked 15 rooms here for my brother’s wedding and everything was amazing. Service is top notch, even if you call them mid night they are ready to help. Rooms were very neat and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
