Rooms don't justify the price. Shabby, teeming with lizards and other pests (I'm talking about rooms costing around 9-10k during the non-touristy months of July/August. Team failed to clean the place despite repeated follow-ups. High-Rise rooms were booked and confirmed, the rooms were unavailable during check-in. Ground floor room was assigned. Swimming pool had a list of guidelines mentioned, none of which were being followed by any of the guests. Property was hosting some corporate event during our stay. At night, several of the guests, drunk or drinking were roaming about the property, despite alcohol being prohibited outside/on the corridors and walk-way around the property, making safety a concern for late night walks. Highly disappointed.

We spent two nights at Hotel Sonar Bangla, Mandarmoni in August, 2023. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. We booked one platinum room which has attached balconies with amazing beach view. There are several categories of rooms. Super delux rooms also offer beach view, but those rooms are situated on ground floor. The rooms are luxurious and well maintained. The staffs are helpful. Complimentary breakfast is really good with so many options, but we were little disappointed with the taste of food which we ordered for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a swiming pool, kids play area and very good seating area. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Cleanliness - poor 9. Room amenities - no iron, no dryer, dirty doors, junk bins, junk and dirty mini fridge, spider webs in bathroom, open tooth paste 10. Food - poor 11. Food quality - poor 12. Medicines for kids - no availability for emergency 13. Open tea bags, no slippers This is definitely NOT a 5-star property. Was terribly misleading. The resort needs detail audit. NOT RECOMMENDED

Location good...not so beautiful as advertised. Food quality not bad...but variety is a factor...is it reliable in such a famous and expensive hotel that vetki fish is not available? Room good but ac not of standard capacity chaving proper overage in comparison with size of room..so fan has to be run along with ac..It is generally seen in cheap sort of hotels.. Room service takes a lot of time despite the fact that there is only few tourists in the hotel in the midst of a week.

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful. Service is very good. Rooms are very clean. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The new year event arrangement was very good. Staff behavior is very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
