Booked this Hotel for my friend. It is situated near Zion school Arch. A prime location. The room is comfortable. They provide hot water. There is fine. There is also restaurant, but we need to order in advance. Car parking is at the basement,covered and limited , if more cars parked, There is slight challenger, but the hotel staff takes care of clearing other cars. Overall a good budget hotel.

Not great but Not terrible rooms. bit congested parking area still could park cars easily. Room rates may varies even after check in, so you have to confirm and keep a proof of rate if you booked the room before check in. Food service is available which seems a plus.

Cons: Parking - Not available for tempo traveller. Narrow steep road, asking customers to park vehicles in road Hotel Reception Staff - Rude behaviour, showing attitude Hot Water - Not available after 7:40 AM though they tell you that they will provide hot water till 8:00 AM Ventilation: Bad smell in the room, no room spray or no proper ventilation. Pros: Basic decent resturant Overall not recommended for family stay. Ok for bachelors. Worst customer experience

This hotel was my go to place whenever I visit Kodai. I've stayed with them for like 3 or 4 times lately. They had good service. I visited them during 3/9/23 and the service was so awful. I was drenched in rain from head to toa while riding and checked in. I requested them to provide room to change dress and then do the procedures(as I wasn't new to the hotel). They denied and I paid 1200 as requested. We checked in and changed and went to sleep the next moment. The guy called my phone to pay 50 more. I said I'll clear the due tomorrow during checkout and said I'm tired. He called in the landline a few minutesl later and then came visiting to the room to collect money. It was his mistake initially and yes mistakes can happen. But you gotta let the customer rest after a tiring ride. My last and final time at the hotel and never refering them again.

Budget friendly hotel. Good room service. Slightly old building. If you're lucky, you'll get a nice room coz some are old fashioned. You've to order food well in advance if you plan to dine there. They'll collect breakfast order in the morning. If you're planning to roam around in the morning and stay only at the night, this is a good option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
