        One of the worst hotel I booked. Not providing basic amenities, after checking multiple time they have given AC remote, No blanket provided no towels provided.. when asked for that they said no laundry person came so they are not providing it. I think small lodges provide more safisfactory service than these guys. Please don't book this hotel. After paying hefty amount and getting this kind of service is not acceptable.

        Our stay was unsatisfactory by all means. The condition of the washroom was substandard with leaking floor tiles and a bucket and a closet that hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The AC remote was broken and it took the staff almost 3 hours to replace the remote. There wasn’t even a bath towel present in the washroom and it took them several requests to provide one. For 2500Rs, this hotel is literally a “scam”.

        Despite the hotel's prime location, the room conditions are unsatisfactory with issues like inadequate lighting, substandard washroom tiling, and a lack of TV cable connection. The booking manager, Sunita, has not fulfilled her responsibilities effectively. We faced problems such as sudden power outages, prompting a room change to one without a view and a malfunctioning TV. Despite our dissatisfaction, attempting to check out led to a disrespectful denial of a refund by Sunita. We changed rooms three times due to the hotel's unacceptable conditions, and it's worth noting that Muni, the staff boy, single-handedly manages overall operations. I advise against choosing this place for your stay.

        The worst Hotel rooms ever experienced. We checked in a room at 2nd floor in afternoon. As we returned after sightseeing in evening, the lights in the room were not working. When we tried to contact the Booking Manager Sunita at 6.00pm, was told that she left for the day. The staff gave her contact no. And when we sought clarification from her about the bad state of room, she was not only rude and harsh, but said she don't care what we go through and that we cannot leave the hotel. We have travelled extensively throughout Hindustan but have never had such terrible experience. Were made to change 3 rooms and since it was 7.00pm we were left with no option but compromise. Muni the room boy is single handedly managing the entire Hotel. Sunita is not only unprofessional but very rude. Third grade Hotel. Don't get trapped by outer appearance

        Pathetic room service... Every time we need to Visit Reception desk for any support require. Intercom not available event hough it was mentioned on MMTC whole booking rooms. In parking space, all private travelling busses parked and for our four wheeler there was very limited space.
