The hotel was under construction. Their restaurant was under construction. They were not able to get rid of mosquitoes in their restaurant. Rooms could have been better in terms of cleanliness. The washrooms were not designed correctly, the towel rack was above the commode.

It is under renovation, so the whole day experienced noise. Break fast was good. Hope once renovation finishes, it may look good. Driver domatatry is in bad shape . When rained, the pathway to the driver's room was flooded. Hope once sorted out , all will be fine.

Staying with my friends at Hotel SS Grand was a breath of fresh air! Rooms where clean and comfortable, the food was amazing, especially the free breakfast, but the best part was the staff, not only where they super helpful, but from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left we where greeted by smiles and friendly faces. This hotel is without a doubt the best in Rameshwaram.

Worst experience for me and my family at this hotel which ruined our entire trip. As soon as we checked into the hotel, a huge marble table top which was loosely kept on the table in the room fell on my daughters foot and she had a fracture when she tried to climb on the bed using support. Though the staff then helped us get to the hospital immediately and arranged VIP darshan at the temple, this accident could have been avoided had they been more careful.

Very worst service by staffs, rude front desk manager, under renovation property, over pricey for the rate, no proper restaurant, overall totally bad experience to stay here. Better you guys close this to save us from service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
