The place is exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, featuring spacious rooms. The staff is exceedingly polite and friendly, and their service is remarkably prompt. I highly recommend Hotel Stay Casa.

Our family getaway at Hotel Stay Casa was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of smiles and the most attentive service. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication, with the morning sunrays adding a touch of enchantment. Our kids had an absolute blast at the swimming pool, creating unforgettable memories. What made our stay even more exceptional was the convenient location of the hotel. Just a kilometer away from Rani Kamlapati railway station, it made our arrival and departure a breeze. Plus, the proximity to attractions like DB mall and Kaliasot Dam meant we had plenty of local adventures at our doorstep. My wife particularly loved the well-equipped gym, which allowed her to stick to her morning workout routine. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Stay Casa to families and all types of travelers. This hotel claims that anyone staying, can use services like gym. But the gym manager of this gym denied entry to me, saying that 'permission nahi hai'. No signs of hospitality. Also the swimming pool manager was also behaving like a security gaurd and told us to come back after some time & leave after this time. No point in paying this large sum for this hotel where you will be disprespected by these people and they will make you feel inferior and spoil the vacation mood. There were mouses in room, coming from huge gap between floor and room gate. Also there was a smell of sewage in the rooms because there might be a sewage tank, chamber or flow near by this hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
