Located at a prime location with access to all amenities, shopping options and travel options. Rooms are small and infrastructure is not in the best shape as expected for the price given. The buffet breakfast option is good and the service team is also good. Dry clean laundry is not available. Only regular washing is available. Room service, Reception team, and Housekeeping is very prompt and polite. In room Food ordering and mini bar are highly priced and not really value for money. Rooms could have some better lighting levels and control. Fan regulators don't work, It just has full fast and no movement mode. Room amenities are appropriate and linen and towels were clean. Overall an okay hotel for executive class one day urgent stay

Great restaurant on the 3rd floor. There’s an open terrace portion too that can accommodate a gathering of about 50 people. Good food and great service. Rates are reasonable too. Recommended!!!! Parking for your vehicle is a bit tough though !!!

Everything was good. Nothing to complain about. Rooms are small but clean. Staff is very polite and always very eager to help. Food is quite good. Standard breakfast with fine number of laid options. Overall good experience!!!

Best service provided by Nirmalji Pawar. He still remember me as customer after 5 years. He is always there to help customer with innovative ideas and solutions especially when we are travelling with our families. During my recent visit to Gujarat with family in Nov’23 he solved many issues with regards to hotels bookings & changes in last moment. His dedication to work is really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel; everything from the amenities to the service exceeded expectations. However, there is room for improvement in the food quality. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience deserves a 5-star rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
