        Absolutely brilliant location. Yet the short of staff makes the hotel below average. It is a commercial hotel so rooms are small. The service is too slow and the breakfast is a long wait of food to be served. The cleanliness was an another issue to me. They only had one lift so the wait has been long for the lift too.

        During my stay @ Amd Room no.502 had a bed bugs.Inspite complaint & confirmed them they have cleaned bed with termite spray & the same was found again in bed / window screen.This was only night mare .Other wise food / staff were helpful.

        Decent restaurant! Food can be better ( not bad food ), just on the basis of ambience, name and the price , the taste does not meet the expectations with which I entered the restaurant. ( Anyway food is personal choice and may differ for every individual.) Nice place to visit & good service.

        I would suggest not to go with this option. I'm very disappointed. we did advanced booking thru Wuba astar Vadodara and got the commitment as it has the same rather good structure and service. When we checked in, we saw rooms were very very small l. You cannot even walk thru. Management staff was very rude when we asked about upgradation and when we spoke about services we got qt Suba Star Elite Vadodara. At the point of check in, they has insisted rather commanded us to pay half amount. We said we are ready to pay the full amount in advance but before that we want to have a look. It didn't make any difference to them after cancellation of 4 room booking on the spot. Very rude, pathetic service. Need to ake more traing else soon it will shut down because Vastrapur area has more better options as compared to This Suba Ahmedabad.

        I was on official travel to Ahmedabad from 4th to 12th Dec 2023. Worst 8 days of my hotel experience and also my colleagues felt the same, we were almost 15 guys... The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel staff not good, arguing on everything asked in room, rooms are so bad and no cleanliness at all, they don't change bedsheets etc after someone checks out, washroom not cleaned when I checked in, they lost my 2800 rupee clothes when I provided clothes for laundry, cockroaches are roaming in rooms, towels are to be asked every day coz they don't put towels on their own, refrigerator not working, towels are torn, having lot of holes, very much used and old towels, they don't fill toiletries on their own everytime I had to ask for soap, toothpaste etc...only food and restaurant division was good, nice service by waiters in restaurant....hotel is having guests because of location only, otherwise the service they provide and staff guys, receptionist, manager are really pathetic and misbehaving to guests.....and the biggest thing is they are reluctant to feedback.. don't even listen to guest carefully, and staff attitude to bhai bahot hai .....never ever book this hotel of you want pleasant stay in Ahemdabad..... happy travelling
