        Won't say much, only that if you're booking your stay with Hotel Sukhman International, get ready to pay extra in Cash for an AC room while check-in and yes the old man at the reception, be mentally prepared to have a verbal altercation with him every time you bring any issue to his notice. He is one foul mouthed guy who just won't listen to you. The guy screams at his guests! I booked my stay for 2 days. Checked in late in the night, and early next morning moved in to another Hotel. I thought it's better loosing my money than putting up with so ill mannered staff and shoddy hotel.

        Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to behave to customer. They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in some rooms. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

        We booked three rooms online for two days and for three different families. After one day owner said that rooms are not available for second day you may leave. All three families were hampered and irritated. After long discussion they shifted us to a small dirty room for one family and other two families shared another room together. Three families with kids adjusted somehow in 2rooms. Intercom , gysers, Ac ,Tv never worked. Bathrooms are not clean. Water continuous dripping at the entrance.Very much bad experience.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
