        1. Rooms are good and clean but got a fresh paint smell which I found irritating 2. Bathrooms are fine 3. Hotel staff is very cooperative however when asked for water they would strongly suggest you to get yourself a bottle instead of their jug water 4. There was no issue of payment however do not book from agoda as they stopped taking bookings from them 5. I am a very huge guy so I found a bit discomfort with the single bed fitting in

        Hotel is big and pet friendly. We were charged 700Rs per day for our pup which is ok as hotel needs to clean up after pets checkout, but the cost charged to us for half a portion of boiled chicken Rs 370 for 6 peices was not acceptable and not at all justified. Washroom was in pathetic condition not at all clean. We asked for extra blanket that too was given to us only after we could justify why we need it. Room service team walking into our room to clear used cups without waiting for us to tell to come in. Reception team did not what to give our invoice to us and insisted that make my trip will share it with us. As per my knowledge Make my trip can share me my room invoice not food bill but I managed to click a picture of the charges they have charged for boiled chicken. Worst Experience Ever.

        if you are looking for room to have good sleep, dont go there. Mattress is like a boat, cant sleep. noisy hotel Hot water in restroom available only during fixed hours. Fake water bottles of Bisleri water are provided on charge only advantage, at walking distance from railway station.

        Our stay was approx 10 days...didn't encounter any probs...Rooms are clean...bedsheets/pillowcases/towels neat.... Staff are well mannered/courteous & helpful... Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one...keep going! Regards Mauritius

        The rooms are spacious and comfortable, good reception and friendly staff. The location is a bit odd compared to the hotel but it's good. You don't get hot water right on tap, you have to call room service and order hot water for bathing

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
