Although location is nearby terminal 1, rest everything is bad for this homestay. There was 🪳 in the room. Charges taken for 2 adult for deluxe room however no toiletries were provided. Only 1 towel was given, when asked for another one the receptionist told laundry person is on leave so don't have it. Can't expect them to have lame excuses. Water was not available in the morning, after complaint it came hot water was not available. In short look for other homestays for better value for money

We booked our reservation directly with the hotel and stayed for 2 days with family during October 2023, in delux room on 2nd floor. The door latch is faulty, rain water entered our room despite all windows and door being closed, TV does not work, mosquito repellent machine does not work, lizards in the room, hot water is available only if their solar system works, mobile charging points are not feasible, water leakes in bathroom, no intercom facility, just 2 or 3 people to take care of everything in the hotels administration. Sujit the Manager is rude and has bad attitude with customer. He even asked me to pay initial advance booking amount online in his personal bank account, which I refused. Kiran is good in Service and tried his best to solve the issues. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 5 rating on scale of 100.

Nice hotel in front of T1 terminal if you have early morning flight you can stay here, affordable rates we stayed in ac delux room on groubd floor, rooms were good, staff named sujith was nuce person ... good hotel for stay for early domestic departure

Main advantage is the prime location...Just opposite to exit gate of domestic terminal...2 minutes walk from arrival terminal.Economical and very friendly staffs. They provided towel, soap and dental kit. Rooms are very neat and seems like they renovated recently. Value for money. They don't have inhouse restaurant but if you walk to the seashore ( 500 mtrs hardly) you have good restaurant Old Coffee house where you can enjoy the food with sea view. Also, some small restaurants are there nearby the property.
