Worst rooms, the room is not clean. You can see multiple insects in the room. AC is too old and the bcz fragrance used inside the room you will get suffocation. Hot water available only at morning time, online you can see king size bed. But you will get twin beds. When i asked about it they clarifies there is no king size beds in our hotel. AC room is not worth to stay

It's an okayish hotel and rooms would have been much better. Prices are a bit high. Although we can stay in budget, the rooms must have been better. I don't know about other rooms if you have an option of staying in this hotel, check the rooms and stay only if you like it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
