The Hotel is good and famous enough to track down. It's close to the bus stand so the cab drivers themselves insisted on walking rather than taking their cabs as hotel is just 10mins walking. Great thing and best advantage about the Hotel is its LOCATION. It is located in middle of the Market. Rooms were good and big enough for us 3. They have geyser and being winter it was great advantage as the TAP water is too cold (refrigerator cold). I just touched the water and thought I ain't gonna have bath but was saved by the Geyser. Had great room service. Lovely food served and time to time Tea Lunch and Dinner served. If you ask politely the guy would even get you things from market (any food item). Lovely Hotel and the Hotels higher version Hotel Sunny International has Playroom which you can use. Food is also served @ International hotel only so you need to go there.. Its 2mins walk away.. All in all, it's a great place @ great budget!

Very good nice reasonable price to stay with complimentary hygiene buffet and good breakfast, they have three hotels we booked room in Sunny Classic and got to use all the facility of other two hotels ,swimining, indoor games .The staff is very caring at the retaurent, but at sunny classic where we booked the room the staff was very very nice caring and concerned .Thanks for such a beautiful hospitality, thanks more to Satish at sunny classic who really took good care of my family. Looking forward to come again for holidays. Thanks God bless you all.

I had booked a single room for two. Problem is there are no cars allowed in here, so you have to park your cars away from the hotel, they have a premium hotel sunny international which is good and new. You have park here and walk to sunny classic rooms with all your bags. The room was antique and very small. No good cable connection, no room heating, no 24 her hot water.i will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only plus point was evening bazaar at the doorstep and good breakfast.

#FraudAlert . The hotel suny classic will provide you room for rs1000 which has no clean bed neither other facilities which they claim. To get facilities such as swimming pool and wifi they would suggest you to book a room in hotel suny midtown or suny international. Very disappointed by the way they put the false promises to gain customer attention.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
