        Other guest were given solar heated water in the evening. But when we requested for hot water in the evening, we were told that the 'malik' has told to close the hot water supply, and will be available in the morning only. (Climate is freezing cold in the morning) 🥶 It would be better to provide hot water indiscriminately to all stayers in the evening since tourists go out all day and come back in the evening. Rooms: the room we got was the worst of them all. Not like the ones shown in the photos. There were cockroaches. 🪳 Room-Service: When we asked for room-service, they said they were busy. So we requested them to give us a broom and we serviced our own room 😂 great service Check out time is 10 in other hotels. Well this one is an exception cause check out is 9. But anyway we left at 10 🤡 Good point: AC with built in heater. We got good parking. Overall: wouldn't recommend

        Hygenic & Cleanest rooms ,bathrooms & good service. Best place to live if u wanna be around main market the whole trip. The market is just 30sec walk in next lane. Best place in pocket friendly budget.

        The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid money in advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience This hotel has no proper service and charges too much and not asking for water like basic services and tha staff has not corporate and too much attitude and arrogant Mr Ashfaque ... Choose other hotel before inquiry

        Had a good experience staying at hotel sunrise.Owner of the hotel Ashfaque Bhai Shaikh was very helpful and kind hearted n was guiding us very perfectly. The staff was best. Best Excellent service given by them all the 3 days we stayed.Clean room & bathrooms. Located just near the main market mahabaleshwar.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
