Rooms are amazing. Manager is as well really helpful. Room service is little late but food is amazing worth the price. Would love to revisit.

This luxurious hotel is located just 4km from Pune Lohegaon Airport in Kalyani Nagar. Its is easily reachable and has plentiful amenities. They have 3 types of rooms available which are the Royal Suite, the Luxury room and the superior room to choose from. We stayed in the Luxury room. They room was really nice with a comfortable bed and a fully stocked mini fridge. Have free wifi, includes breakfast and free transport to airport. The toilet and bathroom area was also really nice and clean. For food they have a buffet serving some delectable starters, main course and desserts. Also have a well stocked bar with offers on food and drinks. Staff was courteous and service was prompt. Overall an enjoyable experience and recommended as a stay option near the airport in Pune.

Girls on periods(mensuration) should not go here. Hungry person should not go here. If you are not good in parking should not go here. Had blood stain on one bed sheet and they charged me for the Laundry of every peace on that bed. Guess the amount they charged….. 500₹? No.. 1k? No… 3k? No… They charged me 5k and my room was of 3.5k . They upgraded my room to Suite and charged me according to that. Did I asked them to upgrade it to suite…No! I should pay for queen size bed… but they charged me for King size. No valet parking available. Also no proper guidance for where to park. If you are hungry and asked for cutlery they will charge you. Customer service is not the agenda here just suck out the money is the sole purpose of this hotel . Also they are super slow in everything.

The hotel is located inside the residential area of Kalyani Nagar and thus is always calm and quiet. Also it is very close to Koregaon Park and probably the best place to stay in budget. For me I just love going out for a morning walk in the neighbourhood filled with large trees and the songs of the bird as company. Ample parking is available for guests. The check in was a bit slow and the staff did not offer to help with the luggage though I did not mind. The room was descent size and though the upholstery was old it was neat and clean. The Centralised AC was replaced by a Split AC. The bed and the pillows was to my liking and I had a good sleep. The bathroom was equally nice and clean and hot water was flowing without much delay. There is an in house multi cuisine restaurant which specialises on all types of cuisines and the chef is really good. I have visited here thrice and every time I loved their food. I have one complaint though. The floor is of marble but the hotel did not provide a slipper. I offered to pay for it but it was still declined. Thus please carry all your accessories to avoid any such inconveniences.

Great Place For Couples To Stay In Kalyani Nagar, Pune. It's Next To Jogger's Park & 5 Min Walkable Distance To Aga Khan Palace. They Have A Great Restaurant & Bar On The Ground Floor. Hats Off To The Chef For Serving Us Delicious Food. They Have Various Menu On The Breakfast. The staff is Also Friendly & Helpful. Gonna Visit Here Again Soon...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
