Update - Jan 2024: This hotel which was rated high earlier, has not really recovered from Covid-shock. None of the restaurants are open; you can't even get a cup of coffee, leave alone food. Compared to 2023 when I made the first visit post-covid, cleanliness is a shade (only a shade) better. But a long way to go ! Location is a big advantage

One of the worst hotels in the vicinity. Room was dirty and the appliances such as TV and Fridge were in non-working state. The bathroom was flithy. I immediately checked out of this place. The hotel staff was rude and unprofessional in dealing with these issues. I usually do not write reviews. Buy I had to write this one to warn others and advise them to stay away from this hotel.

rooms are not clean but it can be well maintained, services are not good their is no proper response if you ask anything no water bottles provided, drinking water is available only in a common place, TV are not working! the hotel can we well maintained if they have a proper service

We took rooms at this hotel for the temple visit with family on Oct/27/2023 looking at the pictures at the website. But on visit we are totally disappointed, with the cleanliness of the room, the bedsheets and towels are provided are very dirty. There was bad smell on the beds and pillows they provided also could see yellowish stains on the bed, all together we can't sleep. When it come to the bathrooms, it was very dirty unhygienic and unhealthy to use. It was our bad that we didn't read the reviews provided by customers and took rooms there.

Really not worth for the cost.. bad smell in the room.. past 20 years before how hotel rooms Will be available like that only.. very very bad smell and not hygiene.. bed cover pillow and all we can't use that much worst situation. Bathroom is very worst.. prefering this hotel for this price is not worth.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
