They are the fraudstar. They overcharged for the room. First they told price is 1200 then they asked to leave the room in the night they told for the night stay you have to pay another 1000rs. Hotel me room log day k hisab se lete hai to full day ka consider Krna chahiye for the night they charged for an extra full day. They asked me to talk to owner but he was the most ZAAHIL GAWAR person. His name is B S Butola. He doesn't have the basic sense how to talk, such a moron he is. On the other hand hotel does not have basic facilities. Whenever I asked for tea they told dudh khatam ho gya, ladka nhi hai, lastly plastic k cup me 10rs ki chai pakda diye aur paise inko 3 star hotel wala chahiye waisa hotel bhi to banao. This is not more than a Dharamshala. Even Dharamshala is better than this so called hotel. PLEASE NEVER VISIT TO THIS HOTEL. BE CAREFUL FROM THESE SCOUNDRELS.

Not sure how this place got rated as high as it is. I was rather disappointed: - Room was dirty. With stains on the wall, under the window, stuff smeared on the floor. -No towels -No WiFi (or it supposedly did not work that night) - No proper doormat by the bathroom, so no way to wipe off the feet after walking on wet bathroom floor. - Comparatively quite overpriced. 2000rp for AC or 1500 non-AC rooms are above their value, IMHO (08/2023) -all electrical plugs were turned off when I checked in. Had to go to reception to troubleshoot.
