Apart from location , pathetic is the word that aptly summarizes this hotel. Lack of basic amenities and indifferent attitude towards customers are some of the key attributes here. Add to that an in-house restaurant that does not serve food when you need it the most. I wish I could rate it less than 1 on other two parameters.

Those who have toddlers should not stay here. Rats in the room. Worst hotel to stay, No professional services No cleaning at all in the room Rooms full of moisture, spiders, cockroach, very poor condition of room, furniture, bathrooms. Rooms full of dust, dirty toilets, leakage of sanitary pipes, basins etc Would not recommend anyone even if for free of cost.

Very rude hotel owner. Not recommended. Closes the main door infront of Ganga in evening so you can’t enjoy the view at night. Also opens the gate at 10 am. Booked hotel at different price and while check out asked different.

Only the room view is good except that whole hotel service is bad, Bloody hotel manager and senseless fellow,such a rude behaviour they have to learn how to treat a customer running big hotel is a shame don't know how to run, please don't prefer

Not a safety place at all, Hotel manager is rude camera in washroom such a illiterate people running a hotel such a shameless behavior, cut off the AC at nights washroom stinks exhauster doesn't work but the loot the money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
