It was a great experience with the hotel swagat in midtown in mount abu, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, trained, and guests helpful and very friendly staff. Hotel amenities was great and hotel services is like a 5 star hotel service in a one call hotel staff complete the work. Hotel rooms are very clean, ambience looks very good and hygiene level is very clean and also bathroom very clean in winter season hot water 24 hour and budget friendly hotel. Hotel breakfast is also very hygiene, testy, quality and provide good quantity for two person, we gave order for one aloo parotha we make packed tea which is already put in room, we also try hotel pastries which is also very testy. Overall hotel swagat experience is amazing and money worth it for 2 days.

Very good hotel to stay nearby nakki Lake. Their restaurant serves very delicious food especially veg biryani and boiled egg sandwich Pushkar the room service person is very helpfull and cooperative The only thing went not so good was that we incidently met our 2 friends at the hotel and we invited them to our room which was just near reception but after some time they called at landline and told us that outsiders are not allowed. But other services was far better than other hotels so I am giving 5 star

It was a nice and good experience with Hotel Swagat. Our booking was for 4 people. We reached early at 5am in the morning, still they happily accommodated us. Very convincing hospitality. They had suggested tour plan also for convince and cost affective experiences.

While many hotels here charge a premium without delivering on food quality, Swagat maintains both reasonable prices and delicious food. It's a fantastic place to dine, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. The fact that they can even make cakes to order adds to their charm. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
