Visited last week. Nice experience. We were allotted a room in the ground floor. As we said we wanted a room with windows they gave us room no.302. A big room with big windows and plenty of light and air. Electric kettle, glass were available. Behavior of the staff was good. No complaints. Manager was also good. Made sure we didn't have any problem. Breakfast was in our package. Food price at Swan Haveli is on the higher side. Parking not available. Had a nice stay.

I am writing this review with whole heart and love for this hotel 😍🥰 I had a wonderful stay at this Jaisalmer hotel. The hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view of the city from the hotel was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the delicious local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, a memorable experience that made my visit to Jaisalmer truly special. Highly recommended… They even provided a safe and reliable pick-up and drop-off service for me, which was greatly appreciated, especially as a solo female traveler. ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 Trust me guys staff is very protective .. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from Jaisalmer's historic attractions. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the charm of the place. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, providing a stunning setting to watch the sunset over the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort. I can't thank the staff enough for making my stay here so enjoyable. If I ever return to Jaisalmer, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again..::❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Swan Haveli! The charming and traditional architecture created a unique and immersive experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant served delicious local cuisine that truly captured the essence of the region. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay experience was really good at Swan Haveli, the rooms are big and very clean. The interiors of the hotel is good and the fort view from their rooftop restaurant is amazing. Moreover, the service provided by Narayan was really great, he tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come back here.

Manager not professional. V noisy hotel. Staff talking loudly. Stamping & walking. N we requested to change d room as we couldn't sleep.. manager is telling he also couldn't sleep. He repeated he could not sleep whn we were checking out. V unprofessional behaviour. We are regular tourist & visited more thn 100 hotels till now, bt never met such PPL.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
