We recently hosted our son's thread ceremony at Swosti Grand Bhubaneswar, and I cannot express enough how impressed we were with the exceptional service we received. The staff at Swosti Grand went above and beyond to facilitate the event smoothly. Their attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of the ceremony was well taken care of. From the initial planning to the execution, their professionalism was evident. The hotel rooms provided for our guests were not only comfortable but also well-maintained. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay, praising the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. A special mention goes to the staff, whose warmth and courtesy made our entire experience memorable. They were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The culinary experience at Swosti Grand deserves commendation as well. The food served during the event was delicious, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the variety and quality. In conclusion, our experience at Swosti Grand exceeded our expectations. Food is ok. But the service is really poor. They didn't give a glass to drink water. They just dropped the bottle as if it's a Dhaba. They weren't serving the food on the plate. As well as they forgot to give refreshment

While the location is a big plus, the ancient rooms and lacklustre service are complete put offs. The food is good. I really hope what was once one of the best hotels in the city gets its act together. And please start putting things down in a computer, nobody uses registers anymore!!!

Neat and clean well maintained rooms, ambiance and location also very good. Food quality also good front office staff, service staff also polite and respectfully voice, gesture also good. This is one of the best business class as well as family hotel.

Great night stop during stop over at Bhubaneswar. Can walk easily from station even with luggage. Roome are old fashioned but well provided. Check in agent can be bit more welcoming.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
