First the the gentleman that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. now the room was disgusting so they have purposely kept room and bathroom light yellow so you cannot spot dirt in there. I wish I could upload the pictures I took. Only hotel lobby was lavish. Everybody wants tip in the hotel. Only good thing about the hotel is the location . It was our 10 days trip of Kashmir and Agra we stayed at multiple hotels during our trip. Some of the them are budget friendly but this was the worst hotel we have ever experienced in our total journey. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need serious revamp.

Good thing about this hotel is the location. Its in the very proximity of Taj mahal. The restaurant food was good. Pretty average rooms and old furniture. We asked for a couple of hours for extending the stay and they denied even though the room was free for that day. They were kind enough to keep our luggage after check out. But that i guess would be offered by any hotel these days. Staff behavior is average.

I have never stayed nor will ever stay at this hotel for one simple reason that being in the service industry the employees do not know the ABC of customer service. They do not know how to talk with a customer over phone and do not know how to attract customers in a positive way. I enquired about room availability today and the said person at the counter took the call and when i mentioned about the importance i attach to cleanliness of linens and washrooms, he said you go for 5 star hotel. Do 2 star, 3 star and 4 star offer dirty linens and washrooms in general?? what sort of rude behavior is this?

The sole positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately, the owner's demeanor is notably rude. The rooms are excessively small, making it impractical for three occupants as there is minimal space for movement. Moreover, the rooms feature substandard mattresses hosting bed bugs and cockroaches. The washroom facilities are lacking, with broken and rusty handles adding to the discomfort. The overall condition of the washroom is subpar, characterized by a pervasive unpleasantness. A peculiar smell permeates throughout the entire hotel, further contributing to an unsatisfactory experience.

The Taj Inn hotel is a very poor-quality hotel, and the staff here lack manners in how they communicate with guests. The food is so bad that we could manage, but the manager, Sharma, and the entire senior management speak with such rudeness. I am extremely shocked at how someone can talk to guests in such a manner. I would strongly recommend not booking a stay at this hotel; you might encounter a lot of inconvenience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
