had a wonderful stay at the HotelTaj villa. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the Taj and enjoying the nightlife. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area. The lounge area outside was also very cool, live music in the evenings. Overall a very nice luxurious premium hotel, and from this experience will consider to visit again for sure.

Beautiful modern hotel. This is relatively new property.. The staff is polite. Rooms- spacious but without balconies, Delicious breakfast but limited choice of menu. Good interiors and mood lighting, Rooms have 24hrs of running hot water, Kettle with tea/coffee pouches and all other general amenities and facilities which can be expected from a good hotel. Swimming pool is small but very cleain and fresh. Have sufficient Car Parking space. However, there was one shortcoming noticed. There was only one lift for guests. We had to wait many times for lift to arrive. There should be more lifts in this.we enjoy a lot on Christmas day..thanks to Owner Mr jitu Bhai

Avoid if you can. Stingy and ill maintained rooms. Hot water is inconsistent. Overall cleanliness is sub par. Towels seemed to have never been replaced. There is rationing on towels. Per room two towels per day. We ate same breakfast for two consecutive days. Puri bhaji, poha and bread. Tea is available unlimited but if you need coffee one cup per person. They call it butter, but it is margarine with bread. It is infested with mosquitoes and should carry some ointment. The only solace was the food taste. It was good and in good quantity. Overall Not worth the money at all. Even though the name has Taj in it, we knew while booking that it is not related to the Taj chain of hotels owned by Tata. Our expectations were titrated, but it seemed they were still too high when we experienced the hotel.

I stayed with family with 2 kids last week 9thDec2023 to 12th Dec 2023. Room was nice and clean. Food was good. Terrace sitting area was nice. Hotel Management and staff was very cooperative and helpful. Location is nice just 1.6 km from Taj Mahal. Overall it was very nice and pleasure stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
