This hotel is located near a bar & restaurant which makes this place quite noisy and irritating. There was a rush in the event at night and it's located on a main road due to which there are noises from vehicles passing by. The staff was decent and helpful but the only issue was the place was not decent in many aspects.

It is not a recommended place. Though its Situated in a prime location and rooms are spacious, maintenance is the biggest issue. Not so clean and hygienic. Food options are very very limited. Apart from manager other Hotel staffs were very inefficient. Had to wait a day long to get proper bill. Was not a good experience at all.

When I stayed at this hotel, the room was clean and it was not at all stinking as some of the reviewers experienced at their time of stay. Room service was good. Receptionist were helpful and nice. It took only one minute for me to check in with all the formalities. These are few things which can be improved 1. Bed sheet was too old. 2. Breakfast options was very limited. WiFi was great with high connectivity and speed with no data limitations. I had pleasant stay overhere.

The photos given by oyo and online portals are when the hotel must have opened, do not go with them. The management doesn't care how you are living. The walls and bathroom are filthy as well as room. It is only good for one night stand if you know what I mean. There are cockroaches roaming in the room

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
