It was a very pleasant stay of ours at this property. Hotel is newly built Staff is very polite nice and humble Food is excellent And rooms are cozy. I would definitely go again if I visit kasauli again

One of the Un-forgettable 2N/3D stay at THC. Very well maintained hotel supported by very courteous staff. Food ,location & the valley view from room ,especially in night was mind blowing. Highly recommended if anyone looking for a peaceful holidays.

We had an amazing two-day stay at this hotel! The staff was cooperative and attentive throughout, making us feel welcome. The views from our room were breathtaking, The rooms were beautifully designed, neat, and comfortable. The staff's exceptional service impressed us, as they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. While the food at the hotel was generally good, we felt that there was room for improvement in some areas. However, it's worth mentioning that the breakfast options were excellent. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both hot and cold dishes, and we found ourselves looking forward to the delicious spread each morning. It would be great to see the same level of quality and variety extended to the other meals throughout the day. Overall, it was a memorable experience with great views, beautiful rooms, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Nice clean property. Recently opened new property located on the peaceful outskirts of the main city. The view is very good from the rooms. The view is so good that you can call it a perfect sunset point. Good courteous service. Food generally good. Made fresh food as per your order so better place order at least 30 minutes in advance. We generally ordered the next meal 5-6 hours ahead. So we got food made perfect to our taste and needs. Highly Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
