1- location- best place to stay if you need some peace. Quiet and pleasant place to stay 2- Rooms - we had booked a family room for us. Rooms were very neat And tidy with big balcony too. 3- Service- Room service was excellent. Staff is also very humble and well behaved. 4 - Restaurant - food quality is very good. Fresh food no complaints. Overall experience was very excellent. We all were very satisfied. No loop holes would recommend to visit once if you are here in dharmshala. Rating 10/10

I was staying at a different hotel and was very much disappointed by the room service and food they were providing. So, i searched for a resturant nearby and luckily i got Hotel the Crown in my recommended list. The rooftop resturant is very well made and location of this hotel is perfect. I was travelling with my family and we ordered a diffrent variety of food. And i would like to say the chef was spot on with the taste of everything. Food was delicious and hospitality of the staff was heart warming. I would definitely recommended this hotel and resturant. I didn't stay at this hotel so cannot say about the rooms but i an sure they would be good as well. Next time i will book this hotel for my stay because the location is perfect and they have ample amount of parking space.

My stay at this hotel was quite good. The hotel staff and the food was quite good. Mr.Suraj in the staff was very supportive. The location and the view is very beautiful. I was very surprised to see the lady staff. Anyone who wants to visit khanyara should stay here. The lady staff is very nice and very very supportive and helpful. The place is a must visit.

The staff were attentive and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. In hills it gets lil difficult to have the most delicious food sometimes but i must say the food here is just amazing. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
