Unprofessional Behavior: Regrettably, the receptionist admitted to personal issues affecting her demeanor, resulting in unprofessional interactions. This conduct, coupled with her assertion of seniority, raises legitimate concerns about the hotel's commitment to professionalism. 3. Poor Complimentary Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast provided did not meet reasonable expectations, significantly impacting our overall satisfaction with the stay. 4. Personal Issues Affecting Service: We were informed that personal challenges faced by staff members were adversely affecting the quality of service.         It was a very pleasant experience staying in Hotel Nook. The rooms are spacious and there is provision to boil water in the room. The staffs were very friendly and guided us during our stay in the hotel. Food was served hot and tasty as well . Overall it was a pleasant stay at the Nook hotel.

        Stayed one night in Premium A/c room with free breakfast. Easy to reach location, looks impressive from outside. Staff members from reception to service were responsive. Breakfast was okay but served only after 08.00 am. The room I stayed was not clean to my expectation compared to the rent. Bath room area was very small, there was dripping from the pipes. Most disturbing was that at many places, paint was bloating out ready to fall. Needs better maintenance.

        It was really an pleasant experience with the hotel. All the staffs were very helpful and friendly whenever we need help they'll be there at the time. We were stayed there for 4 days with my kid for ear piercing ceremony. I would like to appreciate their efforts to take care of the customers need. Reviews are depends upon their personal experience but mine with the hotel feels like a family. Breakfast is very delicious and it has lots more options to grab. They'll clean the room everyday. Resturant and reception areas are also tidy. Personally I recommend this hotel.

        Hotel is fine with all basic amenities. The only issue I felt that it had small rooms . Staff very polite and courteous especially the front desk. Food was very tasty and fresh. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and generous. They will pay extra attention to your needs. Worth try for small trips nominal priced value for money

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
