Worst service I received and worst exprerience. I booked this for my wedding but just one room was clean… rest all were filled with dusts… all the washrooms had leakage and geyser was not working, some does not have water … can’t even explain in words….Never ever recommend this

this is my first visit to this property. i usually visit haridwar twice a year. this is for the first time i have come to this hotel as suggested by my friend. the room sizes are very good can accommodate upto four people easily in the room.very clean and maintained property. i hv met mr bhanwar at reception.he was very helpful in assisting me on every issue. i would highly recommend the place.

Visited Haridwar yesterday to take holy dip in Ganges. Since it was a weekend in summer vacations as expected Haridwar was overcrowded with people from neighbouring states. Somehow i could found a room in this hotel. Room was good but i was charged double for the same as i had not done prior booking. That was OK but the worst part was the food (dinner) they offered. As per owner there kitchen was not functional so he arranged/brought from somewhere as there were not much options available nearby. For the food also i was charged almost double(with maida tava roti and pathetic paneer gravy sabzi). Most probably food was old cooked(baasi) due to which my son fell ill the very next morning (suffered loose motions and vomited multiple times) during the trip next morning while going to har ki pauri and mansa devi temple. We had to cut short our journey due to stomach infection courtesy the pathetic food we were offered. All in all not a pleasant experience to recommend someone.

Room is standard though labelled as "luxury". Bathroom is most basic. The room charge doesn't justify the standard of accommodation. Location is on highway and quite inconvenient. It appears that most of the reviews are cooked up stories that misguide traveller while booking on line. Booking Chanel's need to verify actuals against "reviews" so that we don't feel at a loss.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
