Stay Review: Location is good. All other things are bad. They take your patience test for every small service. Don't stay here. Food Review: Spread of buffet: Very Small Price : Very high, Rs.2400 per person Taste : Average to below average Service: Average In the buffet they have only one veg dessert and that too very cold in the winter season. Even in salad they just had 2 types of salad. Three different people came at different time to ask my room number. While making payment their card machine was not working properly. I had to wait so that payment confirmation can be generated.

I came back to The Royal Plaza the first time after covid and I was dissapointed. It should start with the staff at reception greetings the guests, security checking the persons on the property and waiters not taking ages to deliver one drink. The rooms are small and have seen better times, but clean. Concerning the location it does not become more central than this in Delhi, but no vendors in the proximity.

Stayed at the hotel on 11th October with my family.rooms were so comfy and staff was hospitable and good . Food was amazing and service time was minimal with efficiency. Their pool is very lively and located around the garden making it so peaceful and serene. Spa was another bliss and relaxing. I look forward to come here again whenever I am in the capital.thanks

I am currently staying at the Royal Plaza and once again I am enjoying my stay. The rooms are always clean- thanks to Mr Mukesh Chandra, who always ensures the room and bathroom is clean, is extremely polite and will do his utmost best to assist if anything is required. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful at the front desk and at breakfast. I have stayed here many times and each stay has been good. The hotel is also well decorated for the festive period. I am impressed since my last stay, that codes are no longer required for the internet and the internet speed is so much better. Its these small things and paying attention to customer care and concern that makes it a better place to stay in whilst in Delhi.

It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel. All staff were extremely polite and welcomed with folded hands. After my quick check in, i was immediately approached politely by a staff member to show the way the room was allocated. Room was large, clean and very well decorated. I would again visit this hotel as the location too was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
