We received Excellent and prompt service. The food in the restaurant is too good. On top of that the Hotel is situated in the heart of tapovan which is the hub of Yoga. The service staff is very cooperative and continuously inquires about our well being whenever we are in the lobby, restaurant or downstairs. Keep it up.

We enjoyed our stay at Shivaay Hotel. The rooms were clean, the location is great and has all the facilities required like booking for rafting, bunjee, bike rent right the hotel which is very convenient. Mainly, we liked the courtesy of the staff here. They were very welcoming, kind and supportive. Will surely recommend this to our family and friends.

The Shivaay Hotel Delight offers a prime location in Tapovan's city center, close to top Ayurveda and yoga centers. Our room was impeccably clean, bathed in natural light, and featured a spacious balcony. The staff, exceptionally welcoming and supportive, assisted us from a late check-in to securing a cab at a competitive rate. We enjoyed a delightful stay with an impressive price-to-quality ratio and highly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you to the entire welcoming team for their warm energy and beautiful smiles

It's a budget friendly hotel. Location is very good, near Lakshman jhula and many cafes are around the hotel. Auto stand is also nearby. Nearby many shops for booking of rafting and adventure shops.

Loved my stay here. Negi ji is the kindest manager. I needed some help with charging my phone and the folks here went above and beyond to help out. The room was super clean, and the view from my balcony overlooked the mountains. It was simply perfect. I highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
