        The worst experience ever. The receptionist is very rude and a misguide in many terms of the hotel check in. I recommend it to the owner please change the female manager or your hotel sales go down day by day. I recommend it to customers not to go to that hotel or restaurant.

        I had worked in this hotel before 2 years ago, the lady in the reception is very rude and don't have sense to how to talk to guests and thier staff. She is only here for making money she should learn first how hospitality industry works ,as from my experience i want to say everyone those who want to stay here plz plz don't stay here they will make pay to you much money and not provide facilities that you want 🙏

        First of all the lady at reception is very rude & very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to deal with the guest. Asking where you came from what you will do here.. one thing I want to ask her when the guests have given you the I'd then what's the point of questioning them about from where they came & where they will go & what they are going to do in the hotel I have such a one word for her ridiculous she is. She doesn't know how to deal.. The second worst part was the room allocation She given smelly room & which wasn't clean washroom roof was broken the water drops were falling on body while using the washroom. I will not recommend this hotel only just because of their unprofessional behaviour and moreover there room cleaniness...

        The infrastructure of hotel is stunning the staff is very helpful and cooperative atmosphere is very good the hotel has many facilities like swimming pool,lift etc

        Took extra money and fooled us. Very disappointed. When we went for checkout they guy at reception said you can stay till next day 12 as you checkin in the night . Then we went for checkout next day and the lady said its a miscommunication from Our side but still you have to pay extra for 1 day. Very bad way of communication with foreign guest. They Didn’t even said sorry.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
