A great hotel with very clean rooms in a super convenient location. The host and staff are very helpful and friendly. The roof top restaurant also serves delicious food with an amazing fort view. The fort itself is a 10 minute walk. 100% recommended!

The staff and the hotel took really good care of our parents as they were on their anniversary trip . The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The desert tour was very nice and beautiful . It is also very comfortable and they take special care in case its with older people. The communication was also very direct and easy . We will plan a trip again with the whole family

Absolutely fantastic stay. The whole team at Tokyo palace were friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. A very professional hotel service. We felt safe and at home here. They offered a complimentary room upgrade, pick up and drop off at the station, tea/coffee/bottled water, all at no extra cost. Plus allowed us to spend the day in the a/c dorm room and shower after check out. Amazing service and value for money. Restaurant is good too! P.s i am usually very critical and only leave reviews when unhappy!

We recently stayed in Tokyo Palace. It was an amazing experience with this boutique hotel and a bunch of happiness.. Their hospitality was awesome and truly appreciated.They can do all your travel arrangements including desert camp stay, city tour, cab arrangement on reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel truly because of its amazing hospitality.

Top staff and hospitality! Looked after me whilst I was sick for a few days and upgraded our room to make sure we were comfortable at the hotel. The location is great, who needs to stay in the fort when you can admire it from outside. The pool is a plus! The safari experience is the most authentic, the camel guide Dadya was fantastic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
