I have stayed with Tranquil between 06 to 10 Dec 23 with 5 families. Super nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and on top of that very nice and friendly staff. If u ask for any help they will try to help u beyond ur expectations. They have their own restaurant which will prepare and serve fresh breakfast. Its functional only for breakfast. walkable distance u have many good options for lunch and dinner.

Surprised by the good reviews for this place. The only good thing about this place is the courteous staff, the bathroom was so dirty and once the air freshener wore off it was stinking like a public toilet. We even asked them to clean the bathroom again at check in since I had spotted stuff on the seat 🤢 the cleaning lady looked at me surprised and asked me to point where the dirt is. Dont think they have ever deep cleaned these bathrooms and have just superficially cleaned it with water and these stains wont wash away nor will the smell fade. There was a lizard in the room on the 2nd day and the white bedsheets were brown in some places. AC was leaking water too. For the price they charged us in the peak period of convocation, it was outrageous how dirty the room was. Easily one of the worst stays of our life and a big waste of money. Edit: I see the hotel is replying to everyone saying we did not bring certain issues to their notice. I had informed the staff who helped us check in to the room about the dirty bathroom and requested for a cleaning right then and there. Dont know why this was not noted down in their records. Same thing with the lizard in the room too.

Very clean and eco friendly. Only breakfast is served which was pretty good. For lunch and dinner they have time up.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
