Located nearby the beach. Parking and other amenities are good. Rooftop swimming pool - depth starts from 5 feet, so children can't use it.. few door locks are not functioning well.. rest is good.. Overall a pleasant stay..

Amazing location. You can view both sunset and sun rise .. just walkable distance from beach, Boat point for Vivekananda Rock and also have a attached restaurant. Rooms are decent and very good room service. Recommend this place for a good stay

Rooms were okay service was bit shabby staff is cordial but it was observed stuff we asked was not delivered.But location and rooftop is nice. Decent temperature hot water was available but only after 10am till 15:00hrs. Overall best location calm stay hotel experience not so amazing.

We had booked Deluxe Room, which was considerably smaller space compared to Super Deluxe and also Super deluxe is sea facing. Staff were courteous and immediately upgraded the room with no cost. Siva and Gopal, receptionists were helpful and assisted in booking sight seeings and tourist places. Rooms were maintained okayish not that great. But suggested due to location, and other accessibilities.

We went as family group and took 5 rooms. Room is very clean and they keep it completely ready for late night (1 am) check in. It was smooth and friendly. Hot water is available in morning time, which is way too awesome. I definitely recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
