Room size was ok but I think maintenance was not too good, bedsheet and linens are not upto mark with respect to cleanings I ordered for extra bed which was provided by them is just taken from godown and given to us which I felt very poor and I ask for linen they told you will get only blanket not bedsheet We Indian hotel company should be now matured - charging 1000 rs and giving 3 Rupees Soap and 1 rupees shampoo is not justifying Atleast give 10 Rupees soap from which we can bath easily Towel was not so hygienic - everything was just formalities Thanks for there people for helping to handle my luggage There is good thing that they have Indian Toilet which is not in a good condition, why we can't get repair basic wash basins all the water was falling like it's an poorly maintained public toilets Dear Hardik Bhai Sorry but good service create good reviews Good Service create make Customer happy If you may ask me I will share u details of hotel in Shimla which was just for 500 but Room and Toilet Quality was of 5000 We should first clean the room properly before alloting it to customer with harpic and room cleaner so that customer feel good about room Sorry 😔

While the rooms at this hotel were clean, they were on the smaller side. However, the washroom was kept clean and were hygienic . We had originally booked AC rooms but unfortunately, the air conditioning in our assigned room was not functioning properly. Thankfully, the hotel staff were quick to respond to our concern and relocated us to larger and more comfortable rooms.

Owner is very helpful, nice hotel to stay with less rent in this area, only 100 metres from main road. Clean rooms nice tasty tea, recommended for good stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
