I stayed in the hotel in december 2923. Room was Comfortable but bathroom not checked. After guest takes their shower the water does not go easily. Very slow process and when complain to reception they refused to change the room. Very rude staff working there sent a gentleman from maintenance to do needful but to no avail. How can guests shower when water remains in bathroom? Manager refused to meet us and talk and front office was so rude. Not worth the money paid at all. Customer is king but not at this hotel what a shame

We had a day stay. Rooms are excellent & spacious. Location is good. Tariff is reasonable. Their Food is costly & they shall make it affordable. Bathrooms are less comfortable with skiding tiles & Leaking water taps

We were in two minds when we had to book this hotel as it is a 3 star rated property. But after checkout we were pleased to have a wonderful stay here. The first advantage is the location. Situated in the centre it is well connected from both Old Udaipur and Fateh Sagar lake Considering a 3 star rated property the services are really good. Breakfast was delicious and hygienic. Overall we had nothing to complain and would recommend this to some one who wants to cut down on costs and spend some quality time in Udaipur !!

I stayed with family for 3 nights and found it value for money. Check in: Staff at he reception is welcoming, polite and helpful Sandip & two girls on the counter were very helpful. Room: Huge room. Road facing. City view. for third person there is sofa cum bed in the room. Neat, clean & hygienic. Complimentary water bottle + unlimited RO water on request. Food: BF is complimentary. Spread is good. Lunch hand Dinner is good but very high on cost. Girl Soniya serves you with smile. Parking: Basement parking is available. Spacious and clean. Lift was not working till Basement which was inconvenience as every time you have to go walking down to basement and again climb back for going to your room. Check out: smooth and hassle-free. Pricing: Room cost was literally 3 times compared to regular pricing due to vacation season. Location is good, just few Km away from famous spot. But if you are going by Ricksaw then pl ready to pay higher price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
