The team in Hotel is very polite and co operative. Rooms are clean Washroom are clean Best for family and also the company sales people In food pl arrange for platter item like Dal rice or any such for dinner so that it's good for solo person like me

Very well maintained and in a reasonable price. We booked for one night through Goibibo. All basic amenities are available like free Wi-Fi, toiletries, clean beds with clean quilts , all in bright white color. Room service is also available and at reasonable price. Overall yes.

I searched a lot and read the reviews of almost all hotels of udaipur prior to booking this hotel for my family. And this was my best decision I got the 4 beaded room for reasonable and lowest of all hotels. They have dedicated parking area for cars, which is must in Udaipur because you find it very difficult parking outside. Also the location is accessible from all the tourist places.

One of the fraud hotel in udaipur. Hotel owner have appointed lady staff they will give incorrect information on call. I would request please check terms and conditions before check in. Lady staff will misguide you on call and once you check in, hotel owner and lady staff behaviour will change. At the time of check out hotel owner and and his lady staff will talk in bad manner and will add extra amount in bill. Rude staff. Also you will get cigrates smell in room.once you will complaint about this they will spray bad quality room freshner. This was my experience which I have added here. Thanks.

Great hotel and staff. The staff members are so helpful. I forget my glasses in their hotel room and upon request, they shipped my glasses to my home in another city. Thankyou for the lovely stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
