Good hotel. Nothing fancy but all the essential things are of top quality. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Washrooms are clean with big shower area Breakfast is limited but taste is good. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and accomodating. Over all a very good hotel to stay on brigade rd Bangalore.

Good place if you are looking for a mid range hotel. Looks like heritage property. Noticed the chair quality in the room was not clean and also they do not have a dore bell for the room service. They will knock if you don’t here they will keep things out . DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN BIRYANI … i thought of having a quick lunch and the. Go to meeting hence order .

This is a great hotel. It's not the latest hotel in build or design but the services, cleanliness and staff and management are on the same level as the grand hotels. Hotels front office and other areas may use some old systems but they work very well. Great for families and for business stops. Close to important places and most of all Halal food and mosques are available within walking distance.

Got a chance to stay here with my wife and kids. The location of the hotel is just fantastic. It’s all quite in the surroundings of the hotel whereas the very busy brigade road streets are at walkable distance. Some of the restaurants with fantastic cuisines and the breweries are at walkable distance too. Coming to the rooms, the rooms seemed to belong to a old building which was renovated to look new and modern but there are places like bathroom where you can find the reminder of old building visible. The rooms were maintained very very neat. Came with a small led tv too. The cost you pay looks a bit too high since the room doesn’t look modern inspite of renovation. The room came with a split AC though. The breakfast spread was limited but had both dosas, idli’s, upma, breads, jams, omelettes, fruits etc along with tea and coffee. All of them tasted great. The only issue i had with the hotel is that due to my negligence i left some personal stuffs in the room and after reaching home, i requested the hotel folks to send it across courier which i would pay for. Inspite of calling them for three straight days and they saying they will send, they didn’t yet. Apart from this incident, i think this is a very good and quiet place to stay if you are looking for an accommodation near brigade road. Please check out the garden they have nicely maintained in their restaurant area. Looks great.

Clean, decent, well orgenized and reasonably priced. Rooms were large with desk, wifi and large showers. Reception was welcoming and flexible. Recommended!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
