        Fraud!!!!! I reserved room after looking at online pictures, and called before arriving to confirm. When I arrived they showed me different room and didn't honour the booking They showed a few rooms but they were Dirty rooms and dirty bed sheets. Bad smell in the whole hotel. 1 star is not even worth it they deserve -5 stars.

        We had an extremely pleasant experience. The staff was so co-operative specially Rajesh kumar, he has also provided us cab service for Kufri at a minimal price. The room was so cleaned and the view from our window was mesmerizing.

        Booked four deluxe rooms. Alloted rooms were constricting, poorly ventilated and somewhat clean. Blankets were torn and dirty. Not what you expect when you pay 3500s per night for a room. The location wasnt great either. Its near Victory tunnel but hardly accessible. Although there was running hot water. The manager was helpful in booking volvo bus. And the staffs are ignorant. One staff carried luggage in exchange of 300 rs tip.

        Proximity to the railway station and Mall Road is convenient, but the rooms are disappointingly small and unhygienic. Despite hot water facilities and an on-site restaurant, the lack of cleanliness and limited space can impact the overall experience. Additionally, the absence of power backup is a notable drawback.

        Very Bad experience , there were pests inside the room , the staff was mostly rude against as. We were given a different Room than what we booked. Bathroom was trash and was not even able to stand there. Blankets were not cleaned They also need to work on their defination of HYDRAULIC because the 3rd bed , which was supposed to be hydraulic was just a plank with blanket . And someone please tell me , who gave 3 star title to this hotel . The Price to Experience ratio was just trash. We paid ₹6000 for the worst possible room and the photos available on the websites were different than the real rooms There were no doorknobs on any room and the furniture must have been 200 years old The hotel needs a serious renovation. TLDR: Not at All Reccommended .
