Worst experience ever...pls do not book this hotel for any function or rooms...they don't care about anything only for money...my engagement function was there....they didn't decorate the floor as requested n left it incomplete ..also there was so much gap on the stage that people were struggling standing there even it was very weak ..Manager is very shameless and arrogant, also he don't have manners of talking to the people, he was blamed us for the decoration and he was standing in the function whole time just to check if people are not eating in a single plate which is not acceptable at all as it was our personal function. Rooms are also very small and they charge you 3000 for such a dirty n small room..ac was also not working So if you don't want your function to be spoiled then don't book this place

Despite paying for the services as this hotel asked us to, they failed to provide us what we asked for. Worst services and their manager is the worst one out there. They didn't let us enjoy our ceremony and practically ruined our experience wholly. Kindly do not opt for their services if you don't want your money to be wasted

Not at all a good place to stay n for functions..staff is very rude specially the manager..pls stay away from this hotel...they will tell you something else m then give you the worst service m even charge you extra money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
