Great place to stay at. Its in the heart of the city and very near to Vishwanath temple. Its restaurant serves good food and can be customized as per your choices. Staff are customer friendly and helpful. Good connectivity available through local autos & rickshaws. You can also find some of the famous eateries of Varanasi just a walking distance from this hotel.

If you are looking for a place very close to the Dashashwamedh Ghat and Temple and also in budget then this is one property. We stayed here for 2 Nights on a family trip. Hotel Staff is very co-operative. Food and service were totally worth it. Kudos to the front desk staff and manager they took really good care of us. Only Car parking was bit hectic as it is available at Owner House which approx 1 KM away from the Hotel.

I stayed there for 2 days. The service is just amazing. Very polite behaviour. Cleanliness. Free WiFi and many more. From hotel room to food everything is just too good. If u ask them to serve u at 10, they will exactly at that same time..no delay nothing. The ambiance is very nice. And Even , if someone wish to visit the side scenes they also have a car facility and a guide also. I had a very good experience as a whole. Will visit again 😊

We had been to your hotel from 7th October to 10th October, 2023. During our stay we hv observed that the Hygiene is very good, food quality also very good nd reasonable price, location is good and above all hospitality of your Manager Shri Ashis nd Shri Sumeet Srivastava and all your staff very good. It's near the Kashi Vishwanath temple. The location of the hotel is really good All the staff were very well behaved. The food was very good simple like home food. No excess oil and masala in food. I recommend booking this property if you are looking for a budget friendly stay near a temple with good staff service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
