One of the best hotel in the area , the location is very good . beach is only 2 mins away and it’s not very crowded. Food is also very good . Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Outside food isn’t usually allowed but they allowed the kids to order pizza from nearby restaurant . That’s very generous. Overall it’s a good hotel . only cons are the room amenities like WiFi which was not available in our rooms . Water in the shower was normal temperature, not warm or hot.

Very Cheap quality hotel and there staff is way cheaper than there hotel They took my 2000 rupees and not refunding because of some problem I was unable to go for the trip I informed them 10 days before show they took my 2000 rupees as an advanced for 1 year now I am asking my money so the manager is talking very and saying Jo karte bane karlo ek rs wapas nhi dunga ab jisko bhi batana h jaha complaint karna h karo I don't know how cheap quality workers are appointed to this hotel I would request the hotel owner to please guide them how to talk with customer even I was messaging them from April to refund the money now it is August when I called the many times then they replied me

Very bad experience don't book any room in this hotel his manager is fully rude and they are fruad too because last year we booked there hotel but because of some personal issues we have cancelled the trip so they have taken 10000 as advance so they only refunded 8000 rs and kept 2000 with them they told if u will come within 1 year we will adjust the amount and now 1 year is passed and we don't have any plan for trip so i asked my refund so the manager is saying we will not give now it's our money u can do what ever u want his line was " haa nhi denge Paisa jao Jo karte bane karlo ek rs wapas nhi dunga jisko complaint karna Karo Jo karte bane karlo " I dont know how the owner of the hotel appointed these low class cheap mentality workers in there hotel Very bad experience.

I visited Puri with family and stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The persons sitting on reception are not at all friendly. The employees of the hotel are non responding. The bed sheets were not changed. The foot mats were very dirty .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
