        Strongly Avoid. Old Property Old Furniture Not maintaining Hygiene. No Hot water in many rooms. Not maintaining proper food order records which resulted dispute at the time of check out. No room cleaning even after told to do so. And replied you didn't ask for. Not providing Pick up and Drop service. Poor Taste of food.

        Average hotel. We had 2 nights-3 days stay. 1st day we were happy with the service we received, only the Toilet door lock was broken and not clean. But the very next day breakfast served late. Hot water were not available after 8-9am. Heaters are chargeable. Pickup drop cabs were not available while our check out.... But staff is polite, food is good, and nearby main market.

        Stayed at this place on a recent trip to Katra. Location is fine. Rooms are very average. Service is bad, they don't make proper arrangements despite requesting them 10 times. Wasted a lot of time because of their cab service. We were on a tight schedule so it pinched us a lot.

        Average Unhygienic rooms for worth 1500 a day. Cab service to pick drop is denied in a passive way by using tactic of delaying and non-availability. Food is okay, but is not served on time and some of the staff does not follow what the customer is requesting. Overall, not what you'd expect in a place of worship. However, sadly most of the crowded places are likely to have same complaints. All you have to do is keeping throwing money, and not take any help from hotel except where they are getting commission and likely to abide. You'll have a peaceful stay then. Jai mata de.

        The lodge is not as presented in the pictures in fact it is much better. The rooms and washrooms are clean. There's a small balcony too which will acquaint you with the exterior picturesque view. I wouldn't advise ordering the food from the hotel itself. You may look out for some other dhabas outside they're quite good and has local food taste.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
