These guys will charge you extra for early check-in. The boy at reception will ask 400 Rs for early check-in but you show his own board that it's 300 he will say okay pay 300. My room geyser was not working even though they provided different room to take bath but it was expected from me to move up and down and tell them not working which is obviously there responsibility. Location wise no doubt superb hotel room is also clean. But be aware of the boy at reception.

Liked: Booked this place just for a night to catch the train early next morning. The biggest positive is the proximity to the railway station. It's just a 3 min walk to the station. The room was big enough for two people and our luggage. The bed was firm but comfortable. The TV worked. AC was also good although it took a while to cool. There is hot water geyser for the bathroom which was also good. Disliked: The overall cleanliness was not up to the mark for the price (a standard problem with most places in Dehradun. Its like the hotels have a low standard of hygiene). The hygiene could be improved significantly. The bathroom could do with a scrubbing. The room floor also looked like it had a lot of stains like it had been mopped with dirty water with lots of shoe prints. Room service to get the towels/water was slow.

Title: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel The worst hotel experience of my life at Hotel Vishnu In. If I could give less than one star, I would. The room was disgustingly filthy, and despite multiple attempts, I received no response when requesting service. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to have a comfortable stay. Astonishingly, I was charged a whopping 60% service fee for a simple bottle of water – an unacceptable and unexpected expense. The bathroom facilities were like a public toilet, adding to the overall unpleasantness of the stay. After requesting a room change three times, each replacement was virtually identical, failing to address the issues that made the stay unbearable. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel, to think twice. This establishment falls far short of basic standards for cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodations elsewhere.

Excellent location if you want to catch a train. Provided an extra blanket when asked. Outside food is not allowed even inside the room. The walk path to reach the hotel from railway station is dirty. The water bottles provided were costlier than outside. Visitors are not allowed in the room. Absolutely zero noise protection. Anyone talking outside in the corridor could be heard in the room. There was a long check-in process. Some lights in the room didn't even work. There were no lights in the corridor.

I booked an extra bed, but actually I got only an extra mattress, not the bed. Room lights were not properly functional. Rooms were clean 👍 TV was not working and staff was not able to make it work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
