I recently stayed at Hotel Vishram in Mt. Abu and had a mixed experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for guests. The presence of a nearby wine shop and a petrol pump adds to the overall convenience. The parking facilities were good, ensuring a hassle-free stay for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and contributed to a comfortable stay. However, the pricing appeared to be on the higher side compared to the overall experience. Some areas within the hotel could benefit from improved lighting. Despite these considerations, the clean rooms and other positive aspects certainly contribute to the overall appeal of Hotel Vishram.

Very clean and hygiene rooms. Very supportive staff. I forgot my watch there in room. And they have sent me back my watch by courier. Location wise you can park your car in hotel parking and rent scooter and skip the weekend car traffic there. Generally that takes lot time and even car damage because local shuttle service providers are don't care with their car or yours cars and you might face the car damage by minor accidents in traffic(I personally faced this). You can rent scooter just beside/opposite of the hotel. And enjoy the weekend. Even patrol pump is beside the hotel. Location wise service wise and hygiene wise it's best.

Worst service and rooms but 5 star rating for EDITING as rooms are not at all as they appear in pics. Highly edited room pics while it is just old and shabby looking hotel with no service at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
