As a whole it is average. Pros: Excellent food . The restaurant is one of the best in Vizag. Clean and well mannered service staffs in hotel. Rooms are compact and have nice facilities . Vallet Parking. Cons : Rooms are too small. Non smoking hotel Area is good but not for travellers because it is far away from beaches.

Best experience at Vivana hotel. One of the nicest service in India. Also, the food is bang on! Very delicious. Not to forgot Vinod and Nani they are very humble and polite. Hats off to their service.

terrible service. we ordered food from outside nd requested the reception to give us some disposable plates nd spoons but they r too shabby to give us one, we had to ask them 3 times until they finally send us some(10plates nd jst 1spoon md fork). the rooms lack so many essential stuff, the bathrooms doors dont lock, nd some are broken. they r too stingy to even provide proper wifi. i never experienced such awful sevice
