Very disappointed by the booking I was directly travelling from Canada to Delhi to Vrindavan, this hotel being my first resting spot. I called a day earlier to get early check in and it was promised at no extra fee as the hotel was empty. But they charged me upon arrival. No fresh towels or toiletries daily One of my 3 rooms had a open window due to which my family had to struggle in 5degree cold full night Saurav ji was good in hospitality but I’m disappointed with the hotel. Not recommended.

It was a Great stay with (THE VRINDWOODS HOTEL) It was 1 in the morning they gave me early check in without any questions or nothing! Service’s was good! By Mr. Saurav singh ans staff at c/o and Mr. Pawan at c/in Rooms was good! And the main thing I’ve got a room service guy by the name of SHIVA he was awesome, very polite at all the time! Special thanks to him. I will surely visit again for these happy faces!

Booked the hotel from 26th December to 28th December using makemytrip app. When I reached hotel around 10pm on 26th December, I got to know that I booked Dormitory beds in hurry. I asked the Receptionist to upgrade my booking. He asked me to cancel and book the room offline. I told him that I won’t get any refund if I cancel the booking. He told me that I can’t do anything so I moved to dormitory. There was no one there and the staff told me that drivers and staff sleep here. It was very uncomfortable so I spoke with MakeMyTrip’s customer care. Customer Care Executive also spoke with the receptionist and told me that hotel manager will neither upgrade the room nor provide the refund. The receptionist named Pawan forced me to either go out of the hotel to search somewhere or take the room. I went to him and asked to provide the room for 2 nights as it was not possible for me to find a room at 11 pm. He told me the price for one night 4000 plus taxes. I asked him to adjust with my dormitory booking but he completely denied. He agreed to provide me the room at 3500 per night and asked me to pay 7000. When I took out my credit card then he simply said that he will take cash or UPI. When I paid 7000, he gave me his personal scan code from his phonepe app. I have attached the payment details here. It was the QR code of some petrol pump where I paid 7000. Also, he didn’t give me the receipt like I got for the food (attached). It was really bad experience and I paid more than 10000 for my 2 night stay. I really liked the food and restaurant staff. Both Shiva and Rahul are very helpful and chef cooks amazing food.

I will tell you reality about this hotel. In season they charge bery high luxury rates but the service,property, rooms and everything is so poor. Rooms were so dirty. Bedsheets were torn. Ceiling fan was so old and useless. Ceiling was so black and dirty. Washroom cleanliness was zero. Service was so slow. You will have to ask for water for 10 times. Bed was so noisy and uncomfortable. Extra bed also had bad condition. No e Rickshaw available. You will have to go to main road upto Sanskar city to get it. Reception is very small. Pool is just for name. Breakfast buffet is their biggest lie very very limited options. Staff behavior was very average. Hotel is very small and rooms are very tight and not spacious at all. You can go to any dharamshala but avoid this hotel. The room cost is max to max 2,000/- but they charge double or more rates. Not at all worthy. I will never go to this hotel again and I recommend you to see any other option. Don't get fooled by the photos that they have posted these are totally fake. Not recommended at all.
