        I Beg you......DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL Im a frequent traveller, this is the worst service and RUDE and Careless staff behaviour in last 20 years i have seen. >They dont clean rooms daily untill u ask them and give them key , after that they will forgot. > Rooms have severlines going inside. >Receptionist guy is insane, they dont remember the request and pass on incomplete request and then waiter says "ek baar me bola karo"...so rude >They dont have inside kitchen kisi ghatia dhabe se khana mangate hai. > they dont have reaturant also, you have to eat on ur bed only as no extra chair > Cheap and third class is the opinion.

        Maderchoot hotel and staff , rats in hotel room , people smokes in non smoking 🚬 rooms , smelly room , smelly washroom , never book this hotel ever . Lifts were noisy , no wifi network inside rooms , no airtel network in hotel rooms , not safe for women . Overall worst experience. I have booked 01 September to 03 September 2023 , double occupancy, standard room. Ana’s reception guy is maderchoot . Never go to this hotel .

        those who are reading u got to decide.... i lost the room key, the card type, person at reception they asked for rs 500. charges appeared abnormal to me as if a penalty is imposed . i protested . thereafter i did say ok will talk to mangement and pay. i am still staying at room 613 its been two days .... no key has been provided. everytime their housekeeper will open with their key...such behaviour i have never encountered in my years of travelling and over 100's of hotel stay. how on earth can these people being in service sector be so egoistic and so non cooperative. they act as if they are the lords and those who stay here are peasants .... reason you are made to pay the amount in advance..... hope top management takes note of this ..... regarding breakfast will share a review....separately

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
