My recent stay at the White Boutique Hotel was below average, leaving much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked the necessary care and attention to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite arriving early and politely requesting an early check-in, we were dismissively shooed off, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disregarded. One of the major disappointments was the hotel's claim of being "vegetarian-friendly." Unfortunately, this couldn't have been further from the truth. We were misled by this assertion, as the dining options provided were severely limited for vegetarians, making it challenging to find suitable meals throughout our stay. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness was concerning. We had to repeatedly request room cleaning, as it seemed the staff were not proactive in maintaining the hygiene standards expected of a boutique hotel. This lack of attention to detail only added to our growing frustration and disappointment. Overall, the White Boutique Hotel fell short of expectations in several key areas. From the indifferent staff to the misleading claims of vegetarian-friendliness and the subpar cleanliness standards, it's evident that this establishment is not suitable for vegetarians or those seeking a high-quality hospitality experience.

Very worst experience. Having very limited staff for service. Irresponsible reply for reception will spoil your vacation mood 😞 Hi Team , Sorry to say this .. I had a very worst experience with you guys .. Maintenance is very bad.. i stayed for 2 nights in the rooms were never cleaned on those days .. in reception, they are not friendly and showing there faces like a enemy.. Location and breakfast are the two good thing I had in your hotel .. this hotel certainly need a guy who can take responsibility to take the feedback from customer and try to solve it or may be politely explain the things not simply complaining about the shortage of manpower ...

My stay at Hotel White Boutique was a mixed experience. The staff's level of cooperation and hospitality was exceptional, making the stay pleasant. They were attentive and helpful and tried to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the rooms were a bit compact, which might not suit everyone's preferences, especially for an extended stay. While they were clean and well-maintained, a bit more space would have added to the comfort. The complementary breakfast, though okay, didn't quite meet my expectations. It offered a decent variety, but the flavours were somewhat underwhelming. There's room for improvement in this aspect. Despite these considerations, the positive aspects of the hotel, especially the cooperative staff, made the stay enjoyable. Booked through agoda online for 2adults and 2kids, but hotel output showed for 3 person, we paid 1000/- extra for one person, and asked for extra bed, the hotel person replied rs 1000 is only for extra person, need to pay 1000 for extra bed and complimentary breakfast is only for one person for other we have to pay rs.200 each. Breakfast is closed at 9am. Room: floor and interior were good, cot were not cleaned, bathroom looks clean but the bucket not washed etal. Unhappy stay. Not worth for money.

It's literally on the road and the parking is open ground and it's also a 200 m walk away. Rooms are well furnished but they are very small. I heard their shawarmas are famous but sadly didn't get a chance to try one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
